Agreement to Terms

By using the Core Discord bot (hereafter referred to as "the Bot"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Bot after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Discord accounts and tokens. You agree not to:

• • Facilitating violation of Discord's Terms of Service
• • Any activity that damages the integrity of Discord or other platforms

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuantumStrike Systems be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Bot will immediately cease.

Sections regarding limitation of liability and governing law shall survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuantumStrike Systems operates, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
